Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Jackson, TN seeks an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations, uphold its One Love culture and manage hourly crew onboarding, scheduling and performance. You will act as manager on duty, drive guest service, and ensure cash and safety standards are met in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant management, high school diploma, valid driver’s license, and ability to work varied shifts and weekends.

• Strong written and verbal communication and leadership of teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold standards.

• Create work and training schedules and manage performance.
• Open/close the restaurant and handle cash accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and guest service excellence.
