Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant General Manager willing to relocate to Jackson, TN. The role supports the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, ensuring brand standards, safety and service quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle hiring, onboarding, scheduling and performance management for hourly staff, while maintaining cash controls and a customer-focused culture. This is a full-time leadership position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• New restaurant opening experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Jackson, TN.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Hire, onboard and schedule hourly crewmembers.
• Coach and manage performance of hourly staff.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Maintain cash handling accountability and customer service excellence.
