Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations and uphold our standards and culture in a fast-paced environment. This role involves working closely with the Restaurant Leader to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

The position requires strong organizational and communication skills, 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding standards.
• Oversees onboarding, status changes, and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Manages performance, coaching, and documentation for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and handles opening/closing of the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
