Raising Cane’s in Indianapolis is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture. This role leads a fast-paced team and drives guest experience with strong people management.

You will oversee onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance coaching, while ensuring cash handling, safety, and cleanliness. The position emphasizes leadership, communication, and adaptability in a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers.
• Own onboarding, status change and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and development of hourly crewmembers.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Ensures cleanliness and safety standards.
