Job summary

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane's standards, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong leadership and communication skills. Weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package are included, with additional bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create plans and convert plans into action to solve problems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of all hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation, etc.).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane's policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Uses tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and corrective actions.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes reward and recognition programs for crewmembers.
• Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval.
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and facility is in good working order.
