Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. This role supports the Restaurant Leader with customer service excellence, staff training, and daily operations.

The successful candidate will oversee restaurant standards, ensure compliance with policies and Health Department rules, manage food quality, and use P&L/store reports to drive improvements. Previous restaurant management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Oversee restaurant condition and ensure compliance with company policies and Health Department Standards.
• Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and freshness of all foodservice products.
• Demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to affect change.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel).
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
