7-Eleven is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in a full-time role. You will lead restaurant staff, ensure operation standards, and help drive customer satisfaction through effective coaching and training. The position offers valuable leadership experience and competitive pay.

The role emphasizes management responsibilities, adherence to health and safety standards, and the ability to review P&L and store reports to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all restaurant employees.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper preparations, presentation and freshness of foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions and manuals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with at least one year of Restaurant Management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
