Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced store environment. This full-time role offers growth opportunities, hands-on training, and exposure to store operations to develop future leaders.

You will supervise staff, uphold health and safety standards, and use basic store reporting to drive improvements. Candidates with guest-service leadership experience and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; at least 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Ability to supervise staff, train teammates, and coach for service excellence.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and cleanliness standards.
• Proficient with basic computer tools (Word, Excel) for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff performance.
• Train and coach team to deliver excellent guest service.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and proper food presentation.
• Analyze store reports and assist P&L oversight.
