You will work with the Restaurant Leader to train team members, monitor food quality, and use store reports to improve performance. This full-time position offers growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to oversee operations and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Strong customer service leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Restaurant Leader.
• Ensure restaurant condition complies with policies and Health Department Standards.
• Maintain proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of foodservice products.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements.
• Read and interpret operating and maintenance documents.
• Able to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
