Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Restaurant Leader to supervise staff, ensure high standards of service, and maintain top-notch store conditions.

Qualifications

Experience in restaurant management or supervision preferred.
Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching.
Proficient in reading and interpreting operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service.
Provide training and coaching to staff in collaboration with the Restaurant Leader.
Ensure restaurant condition and compliance with company policies and Health Department standards.
Use P&L and store reports to drive improvements and operational changes.
