Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold brand standards and culture.

The role includes overseeing onboarding, payroll for hourly crews, scheduling, coaching and performance management, and acting as manager on duty with cash handling responsibilities. This full-time position requires flexibility across shifts and locations.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals and implement solutions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Manages onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Oversees performance management and coaching.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and accountability.
