Job summary

Raising Cane’s is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and lead a fast-paced team in a growing environment.

The role involves managing onboarding, payroll, and scheduling for hourly crewmembers, while ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to company policies. Salary ranges are competitive with performance incentives and full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns the onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages the performance of all hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation, etc.).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
