Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane’s standards and culture, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting. You will lead the team, manage onboarding and payroll for hourly staff, and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.

The role requires leadership experience in hospitality or retail, ability to work varied shifts, and a commitment to a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to multi-task.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crew work and training schedules.
• Manages performance including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
