Responsibilities

• Sets strategic direction for the restaurant and drives results through people development and sales growth.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s culture standards for crewmembers, customers and partners.
• Acts as manager on duty; opens/closes restaurant; manages cash handling.
• Monitors profit and loss statements and implements financial/operational strategies.
• Ensures cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company standards.
