Road To Responsibility Inc. is seeking a Residential Support Specialist to assist individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting in Massachusetts.

You will work with the Residential Manager to provide hands-on support, skill-building, and daily care that enhances independence and quality of life. The role requires compassion, reliability, and teamwork, with responsibilities including personal care, transportation, documentation, and participation in community activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or non-degreed persons with a minimum of one year direct experience in human services.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Successful completion and maintenance of all mandated trainings, including medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support and skill-building in daily living activities.
• Assist individuals with personal care needs such as hygiene, meals, dressing, and mobility.
• Support participation in community activities, appointments, and social events.
• Provide transportation as required and maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Complete daily documentation and shift reports.
• Administer medications following established procedures.
• Implement behavioral support plans and safety interventions as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development.
