Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, reporting, and delivering a positive resident experience. You will work with residents, staff, and owners to maintain quality properties and drive performance.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–3 years of property management experience, familiarity with leasing processes, and preferably a real estate license and Yardi Voyager or similar systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required regionally.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager with day-to-day property operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable, post rent, and balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions and lease renewals; handle move-ins/move-outs.
• Inspect property and coordinate maintenance; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Train staff on leasing, marketing, maintenance, and office operations.
• Handle resident relations and problem resolution; support in manager's absence.
