Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Atlanta to support daily operations and financial performance of a multifamily property. You will partner with the Property Manager to deliver an exceptional resident experience, maintain operations, and assist with leasing, collections, and administrative tasks.

This role suits detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals looking to grow in multifamily property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily residential property management.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; industry certifications preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Receive, process, and post rent payments.
• Assist with collections, including past-due balances.
• Maintain all account records and financial transactions.
• Keep resident files accurate and compliant.
• Assist with market surveys and competitive analysis.
• Show, lease, and assist with move-ins for prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and renewals.
• Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and deposit accounting.
