Avenue5 Residential is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Henderson, NV to support the property manager with operations, leasing, and resident relations. You will help manage rent, reports, audits, and compliance while ensuring a positive experience for residents and owners.

Role involves coordinating maintenance, training staff, and ensuring safety and cleanliness of the property. High school diploma required; 2–3 years in property management preferred; Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in managing day-to-day operations of the property, including resident satisfaction, retention, and full resident lifecycle activities.
• Maintain accounts receivable: collect rent, post rent, daily bank deposits, balanced rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit records for lease expirations, delinquencies, and detainers.
• Process evictions and attend court hearings.
• Lease apartments as needed and assist with marketing and resident relations.
• Assist with staff training on leasing, traffic entry, marketing and maintenance.
