Job summary

Landmark Realty, LLC in San Rafael, CA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a ~300-unit multifamily portfolio. You will audit leases, enforce lease terms, renewals, and provide leasing support as needed, with monthly reporting responsibilities.

Candidates should have 2+ years in multifamily property management, strong bookkeeping and Office software skills, and excellent communication. Spanish-speaking is a plus and valued by the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years supporting or managing a multifamily portfolio of ~300 units.
• Strong bookkeeping and property accounting experience, including resident ledgers, delinquency follow-up, deposits, reporting, invoice/PO review, and account reconciliation.
• Experience supporting collections, notices, move-ins, move-outs, and lease administration.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple properties and competing priorities.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Consistent positive energy and strong work ethic.
• Spanish-speaking is preferred.
