Job summary

Landmark Realty is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a 300-unit multifamily portfolio in California. You will audit lease files, enforce lease terms, manage renewals, and assist with leasing as needed.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of multifamily property operations experience, strong bookkeeping and property accounting skills, and excellent communication. Spanish language is a plus. The role offers a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years supporting or managing a multifamily portfolio (~300 units).
• Strong bookkeeping and property accounting experience, including ledgers, deposits, reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience supporting collections, notices, move-ins/outs, and lease administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with good communication abilities.
• Spanish-speaking is preferred and would be a strong plus.
