Qualifications

• Experience in property management or related fields preferred.
• Experience with property management software preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease renewal process and community retention initiatives.
• Manage leasing, applications, screening, lease prep and move-ins.
• Oversee delinquencies and evictions in compliance with regulations.
• Prepare renewal paperwork and communicate with residents.
• Assist with rent collection, invoicing and monthly statements.
• Support social media and marketing to raise property visibility.
