Job summary

Real Property Management Greater Madison Metro is seeking an Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent to be the first point of contact for residents, owners, vendors, and the public. You will answer calls, handle emails, and direct inquiries to the team, while supporting rent/ mail entry and office administration.

The role also involves conducting property showings in Dane County, assisting with marketing, processing rental applications, and helping the property management team run daily

Qualifications

• Experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry; property management & fair housing preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and phone apps; Microsoft Office.
• Local area knowledge.
• Valid driver's license and insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to tenant and prospective tenant emails promptly and professionally.
• Conduct property showings for prospective tenants throughout Dane County and surrounding areas.
• Assist with marketing available properties and processing rental applications.
• Support day-to-day operations of the property management team and complete daily reports.
