Qualifications

• Ability to follow fair housing laws and safety regulations; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead lease renewal process and retention initiatives; organize resident events.
• Handle leasing, applications, screening, lease prep, and move-ins with accuracy.
• Oversee delinquencies and evictions in compliance with regulations.
• Serve as resident contact for renewals and renewal paperwork.
• Assist with rent collection, posting payments, invoicing, and reporting.
• Support marketing efforts to improve exposure and reputation.
