Job summary

Real Property Management Metro Boston is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Agent in Madison, WI. You will be the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, owners, vendors, and the general public, handling calls and emails with a professional, friendly demeanor.

You will conduct property showings throughout Dane County, process rental applications, and support day-to-day operations while assisting with marketing and reports in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry, property management & fair housing preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and phone apps
• Local area knowledge
• Valid driver's license and insurance is required
• Wisconsin real estate law awareness (landlord/tenant)

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails from residents, prospective tenants, owners, vendors and the general public
• Conduct property showings throughout Dane County and surrounding areas
• Process rental applications and maintain daily property and showing reports
• Assist the Property Manager with marketing available properties and supporting day-to-day operations
