ZRS Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations for its apartment communities in Richardson, TX. You will drive leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and resident relations to maximize profitability.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage budgets and staff while delivering excellent resident experiences. Evening, weekend, and holiday hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced studies preferred in business or property management.
• Experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing is preferred.
• Ability to manage leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
• Hire, train, supervise a team of leasing consultants and maintenance staff.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee lease renewals, negotiate terms, and maximize retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance for work orders and move-ins.
