Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to motivate leasing consultants, analyze market data, and assist the property team in achieving occupancy and leasing targets. The role entails rent collection, application review, and handling escalated service issues.

tue you will work under the Property Manager, support resident services, and may require occasional weekend work. A strong background in property management and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license; 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• Strong computer, verbal, math and reasoning skills; proficient with MS Excel, Word and Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks and use market information regularly.
• Collect rent on time and ensure revenue data is posted correctly in the accounting system.
• File evictions when applicable and ensure compliance with local laws and policies.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and community qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and leasing documents are complete and uploaded.
• Assist with leasing and provide property tours as needed; handle escalated service requests.
• Support Property Manager to meet budgeted occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with resident functions and aim to maximize renewals.
• May require one weekend per month.
