Strong office skills and knowledge of property management software are essential. Flexible to work evenings or weekends as needed, with budgeting support and monthly reporting responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• 1+ year(s) of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; further study in business/property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data accurately.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Review and approve applications, verify income and qualifications.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and resident functions to maximize renewals.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Troubleshoot resident issues and escalate when needed to the Property Manager.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
