Job summary

ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Jacksonville, FL. The role focuses on supporting the Property Manager, leasing coordination, and ensuring budgeted occupancy is achieved. You will collect rent, review applications, audit move-ins, and assist with resident relations.

This is a full-time onsite position requiring a valid driver’s license, weekend availability, and strong computer and communication skills. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and follow local laws.
• Issue lease violations with guidance from Property Manager.
• Review and approve applications ensuring income proofs meet guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and verify payments and documents.
• Monitor billing accuracy and prepare monthly reports.
• Assist with leasing and conduct property tours.
• Support with resident events and renewals to maximize occupancy.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team and maintain service quality.
