Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Experience in property management or real estate is a plus.
• Valid driver''s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager on guidelines.
• Review and approve applications; verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins; ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Ensure residents'' billing is accurate and up to date.
• Complete monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist in budgeting and coding; upload bills for approval.
• Troubleshoot resident issues; escalate when needed to the property manager.
• Assist with leasing tasks and conduct property tours as needed.
• Handle escalated service requests with the team to meet service standards.
• Support the property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
