Job summary

ZRS Management in Frisco, TX is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Leasing Consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. The role reports to the Property Manager.

The position involves collecting rent, handling evictions when needed, reviewing applications, auditing move-ins, and assisting with budgeting and occupancy goals. Some weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and be informed of local laws and policies.
• Review and approve applications and verify income for qualification.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all leasing documents are uploaded.
• Assist with leasing and take tours when needed.
• Work with the team to meet occupancy and budget goals.
• Support resident events and maximum renewals; may work one weekend a month.
