You will work with the Property Manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals, handle resident issues, and assist with tours, evictions when needed, and weekend coverage as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience with property management software is preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Motivate Leasing Consultants and support leasing tasks to achieve goals.
• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• Review applications and verify income within guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure required leasing documents are uploaded.
• Assist with leasing, tours, and resident relations; handle escalated issues.
• Work with Property Manager to meet occupancy and budget targets.
• Occasionally file evictions and weekend scheduling may be required.
