Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in the United States to support leasing consultants, analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to Property Manager. You will collect rent, file evictions when needed, review applications, audit move-ins and ensure compliance with guidelines.

The role requires strong computer, negotiation, leadership, and time-management skills, with knowledge of MS Office and property software.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent and ensure revenue data is posted accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed of local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager on guidelines.
• Review and approve applications, confirm income and qualification guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are complete.
• Ensure residents’ billing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting and bill uploads for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalation.
• Assist with leasing tasks and conduct tours.
• Handle escalated service requests and maintain customer service standards.
• Support property manager in achieving occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist in hosting resident events and renewals.
