Job summary

ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Fallbrook, CA to support leasing efforts and day-to-day property operations. You will collect rent, process applications, and assist with budgeting while maintaining high service standards and community guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma, some property management experience, and the ability to work independently or with a team. This is a full-time on-site position with potential weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue data accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with the property manager.
• Review and approve applications with proof of income per guidelines.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all documents and payments are complete.
• Ensure residents’ billing is accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare monthly reports per company guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting, coding, and bill uploads for approval.
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues with the team.
• Take tours and assist with leasing when needed.
• Handle escalated service requests while upholding CS standards.
• Support property manager to meet occupancy and leasing goals.
• Assist with resident events and maximize renewals.
• Work weekends as needed.
