Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in business or property management preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet licensing requirements.
• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Strong computer, math and reasoning skills and ability to analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and ensure revenue data is posted correctly.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws and policies.
• Issue lease violations and work with the property manager to enforce guidelines.
• Review and approve applications and verify income/documents.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all monies and documents are complete.
• Assist leasing and conduct tours when needed and handle escalated service requests.
