East West Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician for the Upper Village in Beaver Creek, CO. This on-site, year-round role offers a pay rate of $25-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and association properties in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems.
• Perform general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall.
• Conduct routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose problems independently and keep properties operating smoothly.

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Maintain homes and association properties throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests through ALICE
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems
• Complete general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Perform routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance, and preventative maintenance
• Work independently to diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep properties operating at their best
