East West Hospitality in Beaver Creek, CO is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Technician to service homes and associations in the Upper Village. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, and irrigation, and handle general repairs to keep properties safe and comfortable.

This full-time, year-round role offers flexible scheduling and mileage reimbursement, with opportunities to grow in one of Colorado’s premier mountain communities.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a mechanically inclined mindset and strong troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, irrigation, and pools/spas.
• Professional, trustworthy and dependable with a customer service mindset.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without a specific end date.
• Colorado driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain homes and association properties in Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems.
• Perform general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting and drywall.
• Perform routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Work independently to diagnose problems, make repairs and keep properties operating well.

What You’ll Do Includes

• Maintain homes and association properties throughout Beaver Creek’s Upper Village and respond to guest maintenance requests through ALICE
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, hot tubs, pools, spas, and irrigation systems
• Complete general repairs including basic electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall
• Perform routine equipment checks, water chemistry maintenance, and preventative maintenance
• Work independently to diagnose problems, make repairs, and keep properties operating at their best

• A valid Colorado driver’s license.
