Drucker & Falk, LLC is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for The Madison, Columbus, OH. The role supports the Property Manager in maintaining cash flow and ensures the property aligns with company standards while delivering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include showing apartments, processing applications, coordinating move-ins/outs, maintaining files, and assisting with lease renewals and reports. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail or customer service.
• Detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices.
• Excellent customer service, sales and marketing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all duties of the Property Manager in their absence.
• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs; maintain resident files.
• Prepare and maintain resident records per company policy.
• Initiate lease renewals and forward packets for approval.
• Process maintenance service requests and accounts activity.
• Provide weekly traffic/renewal status reports and update advertising materials.
• Engage in outreach marketing as directed by management.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure customer satisfaction.
