Job summary

The Madison, managed by Drucker + Falk, is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing efforts, resident relations, and day-to-day property operations in Columbus, OH. This role works under the Property Manager to ensure the community meets cash-flow goals and maintains Drucker + Falk standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include showing units, processing applications, coordinating move-ins/outs, maintaining files, and assisting with reports and outreach marketing as

Qualifications

• Must have one or more of the following qualifications as listed in the posting.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service recommended.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and manage resident relations.

Responsibilities

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs and maintain resident files.
• Process maintenance service requests and coordinate with vendors.
• Prepare weekly traffic/renewal status reports and assist in leasing activities.
• Support Property Manager and other departments to maintain cash flow and property standards.
