The Madison is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and resident relations while upholding Drucker + Falk standards. You will manage showings, move-ins/outs, files, and lease renewals, with a focus on customer satisfaction and accurate accounting practices.

Weekend hours: Rotating Saturdays 10AM - 5PM and Sundays 1PM - 4PM
Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas defined as a part of the Property Manager job description. Primary responsibilities include ensuring that the community generates a satisfactory cash flow and that the property is maintained in accordance with Drucker + Falk standards and assures customer satisfaction. Duties will be performed following company procedures and in accordance with EHO and EEO regulations and guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Managing People - Includes staff in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement; Takes responsibility for subordinates' activities; Provides regular performance feedback; Develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth; Solicits and applies customer feedback (internal and external).
Must have one or more of the following:
Current driver's licenses ARM or CAM preferred
Knowledge of Residential Property Management
