The Madison is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, lease processing, showings, and resident relations. The role reports to the Property Manager and may require coordination with the Regional Property Manager.
Responsibilities include financial duties, move-in/out coordination, and maintaining files and reports. Applicants should bring experience in retail or customer service, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills.

Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the Assistant Property Manager is responsible for assisting in all areas defined as a part of the Property Manager job description. Primary responsibilities include ensuring that the community generates a satisfactory cash flow and that the property is maintained in accordance with Drucker + Falk standards and assures customer satisfaction.
Duties will be performed following company procedures and in accordance with EHO and EEO regulations and guidelines. Perform additional duties as assigned.
The Assistant Property Manager should be capable of managing the community in the temporary absence of the Property Manager. This includes being able to perform all functions which are included in the Property Manager’s job description, or as directed by the Property Manager.

Must have one or more of the following:
Current driver's licensesARM or CAM preferred
Knowledge of Residential Property Management
