Job summary

Parkhill is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through closeout. You will work with Project Managers, design and construction teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to help manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, communication, and documentation.

This full-time role offers growth into Owner’s Representative and program management assignments, with opportunities across Texas offices and communities Parkhill

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, PM, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, project coordination, or project support roles.
• Proven knowledge of scope management, scheduling, budgeting, and contract coordination.
• PM certification (CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation to closeout.
• Assists with scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and project documentation.
• Coordinates activities with clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitors schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Assists with procurement, contracting, and change management activities.
• Maintains project reports, dashboards, and client communications.
