Job summary

Parkhill in Texas seeks an Assistant Project Manager to help plan, coordinate, and deliver projects from initiation through closeout. Working with Project Managers, design teams, construction teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, you will support scope, schedule, budget, risk, communication, and documentation.

This full-time role offers growth opportunities, increasing responsibility, and exposure to a variety of project types across our Southwest offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry or project coordination.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Deltek Vantagepoint preferred.
• PM certification (CAPM/PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through closeout.
• Assists with scope, schedule, budgets, risk, and communications.
• Coordinates with clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepares project reports, dashboards, and client communications.
• Tracks risks, changes, and project information in PM and financial systems.
• Supports closeout activities and lessons learned.
