Job summary

Parkhill is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support planning, coordination, and delivery of architectural and engineering projects in the Southwest region. You will work with project managers, design teams, clients, and consultants to maintain scope, schedule, and budget, and help manage risks and documentation throughout project phases.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strong organizational skills, and effective communication to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry or project support roles.
• Knowledge of project management principles: scope, scheduling, budgeting, and controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from initiation through closeout.
• Maintain project scope, schedules, budgets, work plans, and forecasts.
• Coordinate activities among clients, design teams, consultants, and contractors to support timely decisions.
