Job summary

Parkhill is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager to support planning, coordination, and oversight of construction activities from preconstruction through project closeout. You will work with Construction Managers, Project Managers, contractors, design teams, and clients to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and cost control.

This full-time role involves site observations, document management, and active participation in meetings and reporting to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or Civil Engineering; CCM in progress encouraged.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage time and priorities.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Construction Managers and Project Managers in planning, coordination, and oversight from preconstruction to closeout.
• Conduct site observations, monitor progress, quality, and conformance; document findings and raise issues.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, contracts; identify conflicts and support field coordination.
