We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role plays a crucial part in overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning to execution, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator, a strong leader, and a problem-solver, with a proven track record in managing complex construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and delivery of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may impact project timelines, budget, or quality.
• Ensure all projects are compliant with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project life cycle.
• Conduct regular site inspections and project reviews to assess the quality of work and adherence to project plans.
• Manage and coordinate the efforts of the project team, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers.
• Prepare and present project updates and progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
• Evaluate and assess the results of the project upon completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, quality control, costs, and safety regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions based on information and judgment.
