Banda Group International, LLC is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support day-to-day administration, scheduling, and documentation for commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will work with the Director of Construction, subcontractors, owners, and stakeholders to keep projects organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control and contract administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Procore preferred.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project files, contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals and logs.
• Track project schedules, milestones, procurement lead times, and delays.
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with subcontractors and owners.
• Assist with budgets, cost reports, pay apps, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Support compliance documentation (insurance, bonds, lien waivers, payroll).
• Prepare status updates, meeting minutes, and owner communications.
• Support startup, permitting, inspections, mobilization, and closeout activities.
• Track punch lists, warranties, O&M manuals, and final turnover docs.
• Maintain safety, OSHA, inspection, and regulatory records.
