Banda Group is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Mesa, AZ to support day-to-day administration, coordination, scheduling, and documentation of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and contract administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Ability to work independently and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project files, contracts, subcontracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.
• Track project schedules, milestones, procurement lead times, and potential delays.
• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and communication with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and stakeholders.
• Assist with project budgets, cost reports, pay applications, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Support subcontractor compliance by tracking insurance, bonds, W-9s, lien waivers, and required documentation.
• Prepare project status updates, meeting minutes, and owner-facing correspondence.
• Support project startup, permitting, inspections, mobilization, and closeout activities.
