Banda Group International Llc is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in Mesa, AZ to support day-to-day administration, coordination, scheduling, and documentation of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Work closely with the Director of Construction, subcontractors, owners, and stakeholders to ensure projects stay organized and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required.
• 2+ years of construction project management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, cost control, and contract administration.
• Strong organizational, communication, time management, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Procore or similar PM software.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred; ability to work independently and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project files, contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and project logs.
• Track schedules, milestones, procurement lead times, and potential delays.
• Coordinate scheduling and documentation with subcontractors, vendors, owners, and stakeholders.
• Assist with budgets, cost reports, pay applications, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Support subcontractor compliance (insurance, bonds, W-9s, lien releases, payroll).
• Prepare status updates, meeting minutes, and owner-facing correspondence.
• Support startup, permitting, inspections, mobilization, and closeout activities.
• Maintain safety, OSHA, inspection, and regulatory documentation.
