Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification (completed or in progress) is preferred.
• Experience in drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and exterior cladding is required.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing projects from initial setup through closeout.
• Support contract review and issue purchase orders.
• Monitor job progress and provide updates on schedule and cost performance.
• Develop and maintain manpower loading schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards.
