Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred.
• SST 62 hours can be obtained upon hire.
• Internship, co-op, or professional construction experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Procore is a plus; willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Executives and Project Managers in the execution of assigned projects.
• Manage assigned project tasks and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, drawings, samples, and supplier information through Procore.
• Participate in weekly construction meetings and site-specific pre-activity meetings.
• Develop an understanding of project scope, schedule, budgets, and site requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, including Superintendents, Accounting, and Administrative staff.
• Assist with project closeout activities, including punch lists, owner's manuals, as-builts, and warranty follow-up.
